Option JDM is a Canada registered incorporated business. Our headquarter and retail store is located in Toronto, Canada.
All orders and pricing shown on our websites are either in US Dollars or Canadian Dollars! The billing of our currency will depend on which currency you choose to shop on our website! Due to the strong gain of Canadian dollar, $1.00 CDN Dollar is equivalent to $1.00 US Dollars.
If you are a retail customer, you can only order via online checkout. On the other hand, if you are located in Toronto, Canada, you are free to purchase product directly at our retail store.
YES. Option JDM is a “2M Hosting” certified website as well as hosted under a dedicated server. This means your information is securely handled by us. All your information provided to us is being protected. Please review our Privacy Statement section.
Shipping rate are varies due to the weight and size of the product. Customers can check the shipping rate upon checkout. For all international orders (outside Canada), customers are responsible for the custom and import duties! There will be GST, 6% tax, charged to all Canadian order, and PST, 8% to be charged on order within the Ontario province.
Your order will be shipped usually within 1-2 days after payment received. In the event of a backorder, it will be ordered from the manufacturer. If the item is not in stock at the manufacturer, it is placed on backorder. Our customer representative will notify you within 24 hours and will provide you with further information on wait time. WE DO NOT HOLD ON TO OUR CUSTOMER PAYMENT, IF THERE IS A BACK ORDER, YOU CAN CANCEL THE ORDER RIGHTAWAY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO WAIT FOR THE ORDER, WE WILL ONLY CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT UNTIL WE HAVE THE PRODUCT BACK IN STOCK (except for special order item)!
You may track your order under the courier company we send the order out to.
Tracking number and detail on which courier we used will be provide through email once the package is shipped.

YES, indeed we are the sole Canadian distributor for 70% brands we carry. If you would like to become a dealer of ours, please email your contact information to wholesale@Optionjdm.com. Our wholesale manager will reply you in 24 hours. By the way, we offer various pricing level to our dealer to best meet your needs.
10. Are your products come with any manufacture warranty?
Please note that warranty whatsoever will be given if the defect was caused by customers’ abuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper installation. NAll merchandise sold by Option JDM is only subject to manufacturer warranty, if any. Warranty items are subject to submission to the manufacturers for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on decals, electrical parts and engine parts. Check your local laws regarding the use on any parts.
