Option JDM has partnered with several major courier services to ensure your product is delivered to you in a timely manner. Our partnering couriers include Purolator, Fedex, UPS, Midland Courier.
At the moment, ship certain product, mostly smaller size items, to the follow countires:

If your country is not listed above, it means we do not offer service to your location yet but please check back with us at a regular basis. Shipping Insurance Fees is to ensure protection for your shipments from door to door. This service covers against physical loss or damage that could occur due to external causes during transportation. It applies to the direct replacement or repair cost of the shipments transported and transportation charges are automatically insured with your shipment.
Products & Warranties
· Items sold on Option JDM are brand new item, except for JDM Used Parts. We are able to deliver product at a discount pricing is because OptionJDM.com is a parallel importer. We important our product directly from sourcing around the world.
· Item sold by Option JDM carry only manufacture warranty. Please email us at sales@optionjdm.com for further warranty information on each manufacture.
Payment Methods
Option JDM currently offers the following payment methods:
Money Order Payment
Money order is certified fund purchased directly from your local financial institution. Please put money order payable to “Option JDM Inc.?. This payment option is available for you to choose during your checkout process. Buyer must print and send a copy of the order summary along with their money order.
Wire Transfer Payment Procedure
Option JDM welcome wire transfer payment directly to our banking institution. The detail procedure is available during your shopping checkout. Buyer should always reference their order # on their wire transfer. Transfer without a reference order number might result in delaying your order processing.
Credit Card Payment
We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express.
Return Policy
The return policy governs any purchase made through our OptionJDM.com retail website. Option JDM offers a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival (DOA) at your location. Customer’s returned item must meet the requirement stated below in order for us to accept it.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This also applies to defective items.
- Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by Option JDM.
- For Item becomes defective beyond the 7 days of receipt, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Buyer should be aware that merchandize sold at Option JDM.com carry only manufacture warranty, we do not offer any extensive warranty services.
All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee (There will not be restocking fee on defective items).
All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.
Returned item must be double boxed, customer should not adhere any labels or postage on the product's packaging.
Before you return your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by Option JDM. You, the customer, assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our office.
Please include the following information when returning an item:
- Your RMA number on your invoice (Do not write on the items box. If so, the package will not be accepted even if it is not defective).
- A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box).
- A note stating the problem if you would like the return for replacement or exchange.
Note: Option JDM will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. Also note that shipping fees and insurance are NON-Refundable. In certain cases, there might be other miscellaneous fees pertaining to your order which are also non-fundable.
